• Gyu Tataki -- Thin Sliced Seared Beef on top of Mizuna Green with Ponzu Dressing
• Harusame Noodle Salad -- Harusame Noodle, Carrot, Black Forest Ham, Onion, Cabbage, Cucumber, and Egg with Sesame Dressing
• Sato Imo Agedashi -- Fried Satoimo(Japanese Taro) in Soy Broth

-- Kazunoko is one of the delicacy for Japanese to enjoy for New Year's Day. (The whole assembly of the foods are called "Osechi") Many of these dishes hold symbolism for the coming year. Kazunoko, which translates to "many children," symbolizes fertility and family prosperity.
