We’ll be closed on December 25th
and
December 30th through January 6th.
We’ll be open from December 26th–29th.
Then re-open on January 7th, 2008.
We'll be closed for the first week of January to celebrate "osho-gatsu (traditional Japanese New Year)." Some of us actually would be in Japan :-)

This was our opening year, and had some challenging moments.
But we have been encouraged by the people in the neighborhood and all the guests who came to eat at our place. When we see people leaving our place with smile, it makes our heart warm. We'll keep trying hard, so please come to Hibino in coming year, too. Rai-nen mo Yoroshiku Onegai Shimasu.
