  • Gyu Suji Daikon - Ginger Garlic Soy Simmered Beef Tendon & Daikon Radish with Shichimi Pepper and Scallions
  • Aburana Nanban (cold) - Fried and Soy Vinegar Dashi Marinated  Salad of Yu Choy, Shiitake Mushroom, and Carrot  (ginger, garlic, bonito dashi used)
  • Tsumire Age - Fried Seafood Meatballs  (Mixed minced fish & scallop, satoimo taro) with Grated Daikon Soy Dashi (sesame oil, flour used)
