Today's Obanzai:

  • Spicy Tori Tsukune - Fried Chicken Meatballs (made with Ground Chicken, Ginger, Garlic, Scallion, Shiitake Mushroom, and Sesame Oil) Mixed with Spicy Miso Thick Sauce (contains egg, oyster sauce, and sesame seeds) [pictured]
  • Fishball Kinoko Ankake - Fried Fishballs (made with Minced Fish, Ginger, Scallion, and Diced Mochi Rice Cakes) with Soy Dashi Based Mixed Mushrooms (Shiitake, Enoki, Maitake, Eringi) and Hakusai Cabbage Thick Sauce (contains shellfish and egg)  
  • Hakusai Ponzu Ae - Julienned Hakusai Cabbage, Daikon Radish, Carrot, Boiled Burdock Root, and Usuage Fried Tofu Mixed with Ponzu Sauce
